Have a cool glass of water nearby, light a candle and incense, put on your favorite feel good music, lie back and watch the world disappear. Soak for 20-30 mins. For an added spa experience use Youthful Glow Scrub and Mask with cucumber slices over eyes and finish with Sedona Rain Hydrating Mist and Bliss Nourishing Oil. You will emerge feeling revitalized and energized.
